



Tirevio is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Western U.S. to take ownership of sales growth, customer development, and market expansion throughout the Western region. This is a full-time remote position with approximately 25–30% travel. We are particularly interested in candidates based in California, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona who can effectively develop and manage a multi-state territory. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires someone who can work independently, establish priorities, stay organized, and consistently move opportunities forward without requiring day-to-day supervision. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and is equally comfortable prospecting by phone, managing a sales pipeline, visiting customers, demonstrating technical products, and representing Tirevio at industry events.
What You’ll Do
Own and develop the assigned Western U.S. territory with responsibility for sales growth and account development
Build and execute a regional sales plan focused on new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts
Identify and prospect new customers through outbound calls, email, referrals, networking, and in-person visits
Develop relationships with tire dealers, automotive service businesses, distributors, and other industry customers
Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and Tirevio TPMS product demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate TPMS products and solutions
Maintain an organized pipeline and prioritize opportunities based on sales potential and next steps
Manage leads, accounts, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer activity through the company CRM
Establish a consistent cadence for prospecting, customer follow-up, account development, and territory coverage
Monitor regional customer needs, competitive activity, and market opportunities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and technical teams to develop opportunities and support customers
Represent Tirevio at industry conferences, trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings
Provide regular visibility into territory activity, pipeline development, opportunities, and sales performance
Travel & Territory Development Approximately 25–30% travel is expected, including:
Customer and prospect visits
Territory and new account development
Product demonstrations and sales meetings
Industry conferences and trade shows
Distributor and partner events The remainder of the role will primarily be performed remotely, including prospecting, customer calls, follow-up, account development, CRM management, and territory planning.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales, territory sales, outside sales, or business development experience
Experience in the automotive aftermarket, tire, automotive service, parts, tools, or related industry preferred
Working knowledge of TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) preferred
Experience selling or supporting technical automotive products is a plus
Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and grow a regional territory
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales/marketing tools ? Strong organizational and territory-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication and sales activity
Ability to travel approximately 25–30% throughout the assigned territor
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Sales to support our sales expansion under the direction of the Sales Manager.
This role is responsible for customer development, daily sales activities, and deal execution within the automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B customers (distributors, tire shops, workshops, fleet service providers)
Follow up on sales leads assigned by the Sales Manager and actively develop new customers
Conduct product introductions and explain TireVIO TPMS sensor solutions clearly and professionally
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and close deals
Manage orders, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Collect and report market feedback, competitor information, and customer needs
Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales promotions when required
1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket, tires, auto parts, or related fields
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Good execution ability with attention to detail
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Basic proficiency in Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
Experience with TPMS products, tire service, or diagnostic tools
Experience working with distributors or dealer networks
International sales or export experience
English communication ability (written and spoken)
The Media & Marketing Specialist will manage TIREVIO’s brand communication and digital presence in the North American market. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, executing online campaigns, and strengthening the company’s visibility through social media, events, and advertising.
Manage TIREVIO’s brand presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including product launches, technical blogs, demo videos, and case studies.
Maintain and update the company website with news, product information, and case highlights.
Plan and run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and optimize performance.
Support branding and media promotion during trade shows (e.g., SEMA Show).
Analyze performance data and provide regular reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in brand or cross-border e-commerce marketing; automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
Familiarity with North American social media platforms and advertising tools.
Strong copywriting and visual communication skills; proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools is a plus.
Native or fluent English speaker with strong writing ability.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to improve strategies based on insights.
